I have a townhouse with timber floorboards, and the top floor requires sanding and polishing. Floors will need to be sanded back to bare timber and then polished and coated with a suitable polyurethane/clear satin or similar coating. House is empty so access is flexible and no furniture to be moved. There is one patch near a balcony door that is weathered - when completed entire floor needs to be even in finish and colour.

Jack from Art Home did a great job of sanding back very heavily worn and damaged floorboards, and applying polyurethane to finish them. He and his team were very helpful, followed up around timing, and were flexible. They turned up on time, worked long hours, and got my job done quickly and with very a high quality. They kept me informed throughout the works with progress photos, took great care of the surrounding areas, and cleaned up all dust and waste once complete. Although not the cheapest, the extra cost was worth it when looking at the completed floors - have seen what happens when you cut corners on price and it's just not worth it. Recommended.
