Scope: Two sets of stairs comprising 28 pine timeber treads and four square metre of pine landing.
Work required: Remove treads and sand to remove varnish reamins and to relevel surface. Paint with acrylic two pack clear paint. Apply a non slip high visible strip to nose of treads. Refix treads using new screws.
