A Nightmare. H @ M Floors quoted quickley started job on time.but this is where the service ended. Thwe job was completed and handed over as finnished with lumps , grit runs, sissing evident in most rooms. Our belongings were damaged ie ( a glass picture frame was knocked from wall and glass smashed into top coat.. Top seal was smudged on stair balustrade and skirting boards.On questioning Harry he admitted that the job was unsatisfactory and agreed to do job again, insisting he could fix it. The job was done again and handed over as completed and first class, but the floor remained in the same condition, totally unacceptable and not to standard.
