Approx 30 SQM of solid hardwood floor in good condition needs a high gloss re-coat as we are preparing to sell the house and would like the floor nice and shiny and presentable. I don't believe we need it to be sanded to bare wood but happy to take advice. The floor in on the ground floor of a house and covers the entry area, hall, family room and kitchen.
