I have a 3 bedroom brick house in Aspendale which has been rented out for approx 7 years. I dont know when the floorboards were last polished, but they are in need of re-sanding and polishing. 2 bedrooms have had carpet which I have pulled out and they need to be done also. I have just had the house re-stumped and I am looking to have someone do the job in two parts - firstly the sanding and then I will have new skirtings put on and the house painted - then secondly come back 1 to 2 weeks later and finish the polishing.
