Re-sand and polish (3 coats) approx 70sqm single story timber floors
Darren requested 3 quotes from Floor Sanders in Box Hill South
Single story house, will be vacant and empty for the job.
Two hallways, open plan lounge/kitchen and a laundry. No stairs.
Tassie Oak Floors were polished 6 yrs ago and but need a refresh.
Expect light sand and 3 coats of clear coat. Minimal punching/filling expected (if any, as was done 6 yrs ago). Overall floors are in good condition but have been lightly scratched by dogs and small kids!
Need job to start Sat Sept 7 in time to move in by Sept 15.
Access prior to Sept 7 isn't possible as Tenant moves out Sept 6.
Looking for inclusive per sqm quote and commitment to availability for dates mentioned. Will be happy to secure job with a deposit.
