We have a set of stairs with a balustrade that was clear coated. originally we asked that the stairs be tinted to match our matt finish kempas timber floor boards. unfortunately, the person who did the job took the easy way out and lightly hand sanded the stairs and bottom of the balustrade and tinted the "clear" and then proceeded to hand paint the stairs.
stairs were not clean nor was the clear properly sanded off.
we need it fixed by someone who is willing to put in the time and strip the clear off totally and then stain the stairs, newly installed handrail and balustrade.
