i have an open space kitchen and living area, where we had a minor flood in the kitchen.
Wondering if we can have the damage floor board fixed instead of replacing ( re-sand and varnished )
the material is : Finished spotted gum 85 X 19
we want to know what option do we have as only 20% of the floor damage. Can we save it ? or can we replace the damage only?
