I own an apartment located at 60 Hoddle Street Abbotsford Vic 3067. The apartment is attached to my business premises. It has a polished timber floor adjacent a kitchen area which although in relatively good condition needs to be lightly sanded and re-stained. The area is 5.2 metres by 4.2 metres (only) it is easy to access and work on, the apartment is presently vacant however with the next tenant moving in on the 30th of this month I would need the job completed beforehand. I have images showing the condition of the work which I will be happy to pass on to the person tendering. Please note it is only a small area and I'm happy to provide access at anytime convenient.
