2 rooms. kitchen 11m2 and entrance hall 14.5m2. original harwood floor (1960's) were covered with lino and masonite (now removed). need sanding and would like dark chocolate stain with a satin finish (not glossy). job to be done by the end of march. note the kitch is a square shape (11m2), the entrce hall is a square (9.5m2) with 2 rectangular areas attached (3m2 and 2m2)
