We are looking to redo our floor. There are existing floorboards underneath carpet and masonite tiling with various levels. We require an opinion as to whether to utilise existing boards and sand/polish or to put a floating floor. The deciding factors are the insulation factor and the quality of existing flooring. I am only available Wednesdays for someone to come and have a look.
