4 Rooms, 2 with old Kauri Pine, 1 with old cypress pine and one with new cypress pine need sanding. In the kauri pine rooms, nails have been punched, but a few boards need replacing with reclaimed timber I've sourced. In the old cypress pine room, nails need punching and possibly a couple of boards replaced and the new cypress room nails have been punched.
