Very professional and did excellent job and came back to fix up a few very minor things afterwards (one of which I hadn't even noticed) at no extra cost and without complaint. Place looks really good - highly recommended. While they are not the cheapest, I think it's not worth cutting costs on your floors (given you only do once very 4-5 years).
