I have a property where the floorboards require re-polishing. Approximate measurements: Kitchen (3.5mx1.5m) Hallway (5mx0.9m) living areas (9mx5m & 3mx3m) Entrance (1.7mx2m) They were previous polished 9½ years ago so i believe now they only require a light sand and 2-3 coats of the polish. Currently tenanted, so quoting to be done between August 16-20 and work completed Aug 31-Sept 3. Thank you.
