Tony requested 3 quotes from Floor Sanders in Rowville
Hello
We have bought a house and it has 2 types of floors as you can see from the photos. One type is a nice polished hardwood floor which was installed about 20 years ago when the house was built and then about 8 years ago the previous owner installed untreated engineered floors (ie no polish) which is why there's a contrast.
Question I have is whether it is possible at all somehow get them all to be one colour or at least much closer to it than what we have now, whether that be to sand, stain and then polish both floorboards or whatever is possible/recommended? If it can't be done that's ok I'm just after some honest expert & realistic advise as to what can or can't be done.
Thanks,
Tony
