We are renovating the ground floor of our townhouse. Part of this work will include repairing the timber floor boards, or replacing them all together (if too much repair work is required - hard to judge given carpet is covering the floor and in some parts we can see floorboards, other parts chipboard) and then sanding and polishing. The area includes a living room, dining room, kitchen and entry hall which comes to 50-55 sq m approx. The job can be quoted during the day as my wife works from home.
