I need all floors sanded and polished in my recently purchased property. (low sheen rather than high gloss finish desired) Approx. 1000sqm, including 2 x bedrooms, hallway, living room, dining room, small kitchen and sunroom. All carpeting except small kitchen & sunroom which have line. Please supply a per metre cost, and charges for pulling up carpet/lino, and removal. On-site quotation not an option until shortly before work begins, as do not have access to property until settlement. Property built in 1939.
