i have 100 sq metres of floor boards that need sanding and polishing. 40 sq metres of that has been already polished but we have pulled out tiles and lino from rest of house and need it all to be redone. we will need the first sanding to be done in three to four weeks time after we finish painting and then come back to finish last sand and polish after the kitchen is installed which will be around week after the first sanding. We would also like o put a little tint in the polyurethane if we could. Thank you
