Michal Polaco was the second contractor to contact me an hour after I posted to job. His quote was twice that of the first contractor who was onto me within minutes. However Michal had a credible explanation for each part of the quote. He had a man who started the job the following Saturday and it was finished in the promised 3 days. After one week to cure the Two Pack was ready to walk on. The smell was horrific, but if you want a long lasting finish it has to be that way. Michael was continually in contact asking if I was happy with the progress and the work. I was very happy with the service, and the quality of the work, and would recommend him to anyone.
