Sand and polish 47 m2 of flooring (lino to be removed by us) and 14 steps and risers. Works to include punch and fill nail holes, 3 coats of poly gloss. Please note that no site inspection available, first sand/coat to be done before kitchen is install, remaining coats to be done once the kitchen has been installed. Works to be done in June.
