Floor Polishing of foyer, hallway & kitchen

After we organise slate tile flooring removed we are looking at getting the 18sqm-20sqm approx polished, being the foyer, hallway, & kitchen area.
Polishing needs to be timed with other trades (slate tile removal) & kitchen installation.
So currently looking to understand cost of floor polishing. Not sure 100% what condition floorboards will be underneath ethe slate tiles so interested if any fixing up is included in quote prior to polishing etc.
Could lead into further work (back living area) which is large area. B ut may be done as separate job.
