Our house has polished floor boards in the hall and living area. we have pulled up the carpet in the two bedrooms to expose the floor boards and want a professional to sand and polish the boards in the two bedrooms and to match the colour of the boards in the other rooms. one bedroom is 4.22 m x 2.95m and has an in built wardrobe in the corner in which the floor would need to be done. the other bedroom is about 4.20 m x 2.92 m.
