We are taking settlement of a 40 yr old unit and will be ripping up old carpet to reveal the floorboards underneath. We would like to get these polished. Im unsure as to what finish we are after exactly, but we would like a clear varnish. It will involve two bedrooms (3 x 4 & 3x3.5) as well as the living (3.5x5) and the kitchen (3x4).
Can you please quote the cost involved and also how soon the job can be done. We will have possession of the property by the 20th of April.
