Burst water hose caused flooding of kitchen area causing slight damage to Hardwood Timber floor (expansion & slight cupping). Looking for someone to flat sand and recoat affected area and possibly the whole back area of the home (approx 30 sq meters). Timing can be discussed during quoting - not urgent looking at late May/June timing.
If weather permits & cost is reasonable, would look to also recoat 8 sq meter of merbu decking. Please quote independantly for hardwood floor & decking elements in any reply.
