Fix, sand and polish parquetry floor

Small 1 bedroom unit under renovation and has existing parquetry in the bedroom and living area. Have removed an internal wall and need to lay some parquetry on this exposed area, approx 0.6m2 (200cm x 30cm). Will also need the entire floor approx 30m2 sanded and polished and beading laid at edges.
I may be able to find someone else to sand and polish etc. but the urgent part is to lay the parquetry on the exposed area. Would prefer someone who could do the entire job. This unit is due to go on the market by next week so this is an urgent job.
