Recently renovated a house which included removing the roof. while the roof was off it rained and slightly warped the floor boards in the corridor. the boards in the rooms were covered with carpet. the house is small, about 80sqm and i only need the floors in 3 bedrooms, dining room lounge and corridor done. total of about 50-60sqm. i can organise to have all the nails hammered in and can organise the staining. just need someone to quote me on sanding. doesnt need to be the best job as it is only an investment. the house has all the skirting removed which should make the job alot easier.
