Unfortunately we had this job completed in July, but are still waiting to recieve our floor cleaning products which have been delayed until November. Well its February 2010, and we still dont have our floor cleaning kit. My wife has attempted to make contact but we haven't heard back from them. We finally received the cleaning kit on Saturday 6th March 2010.
