Hello, two bedroom older style unit good cond that already has 50% polished boards that need re-polishing (last done 12 years ago). We are removing remaining carpet and want boards polished/sanded to match up with existing. Possibility the two bedrooms will stay carpeted - undecided. Will be re-painting unit just prior. Looking to have this done in around 4 weeks time. Quality job, reasonable rates. Prefer products with lower fumes etc.Thanks
