i am on the committee of our owners corporation for the above property.
we are looking for a quote for a bi-annual essential services inspection (or however often you think necessary).
it is a 36 apartment complex with three stories. we have a carpark extraction fan, emergency lighting, and fire hoses. no lifts, pool, or gym.
