Needing a financial advisor for a small business startup business plan

We are about to setup a small business in the mini bus tour industry servicing Sydney attractions.
We will be looking at 100% finance of about $20,000 for marketing and business start-up expenses.
Vehicle finance will be separate (possibly leased).
We are currently using software to write our small business plan for finance, however we will be needing assistance for a professionally written plan for approval, before submitting to banks etc. We also need assistance for who maybe a good fit from lenders.
And some assistance on research concerning the market for this type of industry.
Personally speaking we are not in debt and own a mortgage with a 50% bank mortgage.
