(The bottom section at the base of the steps consists of 1.1m length of bluestone.) Pickets can be either set in the concrete or set in rails with periodic footings as required. Spear heads can be similar style to existing ones. There are two existing sections of tubular handrails each with two footings/four anchor bolts per footing. Photos available.
