Two Side Gates

We need to get two side timber gates built on our new property. The left hand side fence is the smaller one at 1570mm approx wide and the other is between 2 garages at an approx 2500mm in width.
The smaller gate would need to open inwards from the front of the property.
The other larger gate we are open to suggestions of having two swing inwards opening gates or one larger gate that covers the full width.
I would like to be able to lift the 2500mm gate off its hinges in case we needed wider access.
The estate has a guideline for owners to follow which is - Fencing / gates to not exceed 1950mm in height, constructed from capped timber pailings with exsposed timber posts, and they must site 1000mm offset from the front of the house facade (not including porch)
I have taken some photos if you need to see before coming to do a quote.
