Garage side: 27.5metres. the fence will go past the garage with a 200mm gap between garage and fence. I would also like this 200mm space to be concreted and drained away so protect the slab.
Back: 12.8m and 1.2m (2 properties behind)
other side: constructing at the moment. it will either be 27.5m or less than that if garage on boundary. I am not sure yet.
