Problem: Our electronic pedestrian gate (which provides secure access/entrance to our apartment block) needs fixing. It appears that the pillar on the swing/hinged side of the gate is loose/leaning, and needs to be stabilised so it is level and so the electronic locking mechanism can work properly. The problem is not with the locking mechanism itself, it is with the frame.
