Gate required is to be 1.8m tall and 1.25m wide.
See attachment for type looking for. Wood slats run horizontally about 5cm thick with approx max 1cm gap in between each.
Fence not required to be treated (if required), except for sides touching two brick walls and sections in ground(if required). It will be painted soon after it is installed.
Fence face to be wood, but frame to be metal.
Requires access latch that is reachable through hole in fence that is self latching and locking on close that requires a key to unlock or latch that has facility for padlock (Waterproof). Also would like a flip type panel or removeable section that can hide the hole (if required) that makes it look like a continuous gate with no hole (like it's part of the fence).
Gate will be placed between a garage wall and bedroom wall. Hinged outways from RHS (Garage). Will require approx (as still under construction for 1 month) a fixed peice from bedroom wall of 30cm to miss gas metre and power box. Therefore gate is to be approx 95cm wide
Access to gate is approx 6m from sidewalk.
No other obstacles except the gas metre, Fuse/electricity box and down pipe to work around.
Brand new house, so no existing fence.
Attached photos show type of fence and area that it needs to be installed (just infront of downpipe [look at gutter], but behind elec metre box.
