Replacement of a warping wooden paling fence

Need a 13 year old wooden paling fence replaced. The metal vertical 'supports' are still in good condition, but the wood is warped. One of the metal supports is also lose and needs to be re-fastened to some bricks at the base.
The fence is in 7 sections -
4 sections of 2.4m
then 2 sections of 1.6m that are 2 gates
then 1 section of 2.4m again
it is approx. 1.8m high.
Possibly also want it 'sealed' so it withstands the weather.
I can remove the old fence (the wooden palings) myself to make the job easier.
Very easy access as the fence faces a road.
