Remove and replace a 1.8m "lap & cap" timber fence to the side of the house. The fence is in an "L" configuration, 3m plus 12 m length with a pedestrian gate in the short length. The existing fence is infested with termites and will need to be removed completely. The fence line slope slightly and access is relatively easy on foot but there is no vehicle access and fencing materials will have to be manhandled around the side of the house.
