Repair and/or replacement of 10-20 meters of fence and install automated remote controlled sliding gate system. The fence is required to be approx 6' and of solid construction to enable privacy between the house and the shared car park next door. The fence separates the car park and the courtyard garden of a heritage listed apartment. Ideally the automated gate system would be solar powered to avoid having to run power cables, but this is not necessary. Sympathy with heritage listed surrounds is required. The fence is primarily a single length with a single right angle corner and a short (2-3m) side fence/return.
