Require replacement and repair of wooden fencing. Replacement required on side boundary fences, one 14m in length and another 29 m in length. First three metres at front of property should not exceed 1.5 m in height in accordance with council regulations. For the remainder require it to be 7 feet in height (2.13 metres).
Require existing fencing to be disposed.
Also require two 1 metre stretches of the rear fencing to be repaired.
The property is tenanted. Please advise best quote per metre of fencing.
