Approximately 14 large holes have been have been Cut iinto the chain mesh & have been stretched out in many sections of the fence line perimeter.......also several sections of the thick metal wire that runs along the "top, middle, & bottom that holds the chain mesh together & tightened have been cut, & or stretched out, many also are in need of tightening etc:.........also some sections of the barbed wiring has been cut or stretched & ripped off.
