I wish to build a 6 foot paling fence between 322 and 324 Settlement Road. We currently own both blocks so no neighbour issues.
We have sold 324 with a condition we do the fence. We would want the fence done (if at all possible) week from Monday 20th April to Monday 27th April.
It can mostly be done earlier, but I will need easy access to the shed on 322 so a small section of fence at the back of the shed would have to be left open, preferably until the 27th. This is so we can move the furniture out of 324 to the shed on 322 at the last minute.
