Need quotes to replace one side fence completely (fallen down with old age) and possibly replace the other side fence as in poor condition. This property is my aging Mother's (92) house, but I will be the contact person. My Mother has not been able to approach the neighbour the houses on each side are rented properties. Costs will need to be shared. There is also a side gate that will need replacing with associated fencing and support, but that will be at Mothers expense only.
