We need the old fence removed, parts of this are heavilly covered in ivy, and there is also trelis attached, and a new fence of approx 29m at 2400mm high, and 10m at 1950mm high. Pretty much the whole way down the fence there is concrete or paving where holes need to be dug. There is also a 5.2m garden bed currently leaning against the fence that needs to be retained. Please not the 10m part of fence is very restricted area, between two houses. Sadly this matter is likely to head to court, hence we need a clear break down of the costs, including the difference between the cost of a standard fence height(1950mm) for the 29m, and the increase to 2400mm. Please also break down costs for fence removal and removing plant matter. I believe there are 4 vines on trelis with a roots in the gound and then ivy for about 8 meters. Please also break down costs of holes in concrete. If the budget for this is more than $5000.00 please still quote. We would be prepared to go ahead in the next month, however neighbours are proving difficult. Please note that despite being on Spencer Street, there is access from the back of the property and we will provide parking permits.
