Demolish and remove 20.5 lineal metres of existing timber fence to the left and right return, remove small garden bed that is partially in way of new fence. Supply and install 1.3 lineal metres of 1800mm high unpainted CCA treated pine paling fence including (1) 1000mm wide single leaf gate using the existing posts to the left return. Also 19.2 lineal metres of similar fence (with new posts) including (1) 3000mm wide double leaf gate to the right return.
If supplier would like to view property first then this can be arranged.
