I require a steel framed driveway gate to be made and installed with a remote controlled motorised set up. Opening is roughly 3mtrs and pad for motor and track is already there. I will be attaching merbau after job is complete so all I need is the frame to be powder coated and operational and I will finish the rest.

The original gate install was done and we were extremely happy with the quality and workmanship. The installer done a great job. Here is where the feedback and service drops off. After the heavy winds in June the gate blew over ripping the support pole from the ground and damaging the gate. I contacted Australiana Garage Doors and got them out to survey the gate and quote repair. I recieved an inflated price almost as much as original install but I wanted the job done. Turns out original installer no longer works there. Job took 4 weeks after orignally told it would take 1 week. Gate has runs in the paint. 3 large scratches that needed to be patched up, I am told it has been painted and NOT powdercoated. Quote clearly states concrete pad to be redone, this was not and post was relocated and existing concrete left with large cracks and broken sections and looks absolutely terrible. I needed to pay an electrician to check the wiring as internal switch was not rewired and wires left curled up inside the motor. Motor was not earthed at all. I notified him of issues. No apology. No Care. No Reply. I am extremely unhappy and will be following this up with my insurance company. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone. If you do use this company make sure you get what you pay for because he will always go the cheaper option even if agreed otherwise.
