There are two sites - Kensington and Ascot Vale. And I would like both done on the same invoice if possible.
I can arrange it so I don't need to be there and the jobs don't have to be done at the same time if that makes things easier. But Kensington is more urgent since it's being advertised for rent.
Kensington - The door works well and has a key lock, like a regular door. However, the steel post that it closes onto is too low. I have tried moving it up using washers and drilling new holes, but it's now at the upper end of the steel post and I suspect the best way to repair is to grind part of the post away so it can be moved up even more.
Ascot Vale - Similar to the above, the latch is not aligned to the door. This is just a standard wooden driveway entrance with a steel frame. The latch has been bashed in so I have a new one to replace it. I just need someone to grind/cut away the old one (which had been welded on) and replace it with the new one (which can just be screwed in if it's easier.
