I need existing fence to be remove and replaced by a new fence. The maximum height should be 1.8 meter, the lenght of the block is approx 42 meter. The existing vegetation on the fence has to be removed.
As part of construction requirement builder has asked for no fence where Garage will be located as garage will cover the boundary ( actual specification will be provided). If the quote and work is reasonable then I may ask to replace RHS fence as well.
