need a cash quote and gud price as the neighbour is not paying a cent to replace fence.
scope:
Replace 45 metre of existing side fence with 1.8 metre high fence(aluminium/treated pine). Remove and take old material.provide a 1m gate with the new fence.
A dead tree would need to be removed ie 15 metre high and 40 cm thick , has no leaves but has branches-. remove upto ground level and poison trunk.take away the tree cuttings or mulch them and put them in garden. tree would need to be removed as it is close to fence.(no approval from council as dead tree that is not native)
The fence has 1mt retaining wall behind it for upto 20 metres fence and half a metre retaining wall for upto another 15 metres fence.
Need all rubbish to be taken away (old fence, gate and tree cuttings) and steel poles .
