Side fence is falling down. Standard 6 foot paling fence. Biggest issue is around one end of the fence where the post footings are loose and the fence has leant over approximately 30 degrees. Most of the fence is generally in good shape.
I have spoken with our Neighbour and we both agree that action needs to be taken and we are on good terms. Very keen to move quickly as we do not want to wait for the fence to fall down.
