Need an experienced person to come an review the external gate and realign it so it opens/ closes properly as well as connecting the required cables for the magnetic lock.
Fence/ Gate is colourbond steel, so some spot welding may be needed - up to you to determine what work is required.
All electrical work has been done and only requires an experienced person to connect the 12V wires through a relay to the door lock mechanism (all installed expect for wiring and relay).
